🕒 Processing Time
Standard shipping orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Express shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Please allow additional time for dispatch & delivery.

These processing times are only indicative & actual timeframes may vary depending on your delivery location.

Standard Shipping per order - $14

Express Shipping per order - $25

Please note:

- Bulky/Heavy items will incur increased cost for delivery

- Shipping rates may vary for NT, TAS & rural locations

📦 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

📭 Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us at sales@techspares.au if you have received damaged goods or your parcel appears to be lost during transit.
