🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tech Spares. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, due to the nature of spare parts, we have a few specific conditions in place to ensure safety and product integrity.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return a spare part if:

• it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging

• the return request is placed within 14 days of delivery

• you provide order number

Used, installed, or damaged parts cannot be returned unless found to be defective.

🔧 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect part:

• Contact us at sales@techspares.au within 7 days of receiving your order

• Provide your order number, description of the issue and clear photos if applicable

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:​

• Parts that are not installed by a qualified technician

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to error, damaged goods or defective items.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage.
